Does the Coastal Drift Ottoman Divan Bed come with a mattress?

You can choose to purchase the 4ft Ottoman Divan Bed with Mattress as a complete package for maximum convenience. The mattress is designed to complement the ottoman base perfectly, offering balanced comfort and support. However, you can also purchase the bed base separately if you prefer to pair it with your existing mattress.

Can I use a memory foam mattress on this ottoman bed?

The Coastal Drift Ottoman Divan Bed is compatible with all types of mattresses, including memory foam, pocket spring, and hybrid options. The solid platform top provides excellent support for a memory foam mattress, ensuring it maintains its shape and delivers the pressure relief you expect for a restful night’s sleep.

How does the side lift mechanism work?

The bed features a smooth and easy-to-operate gas-lift mechanism that opens from the side, giving you convenient access to the hidden storage area beneath the mattress. This side-lift ottoman bed design is ideal for rooms with limited space, as it allows you to lift the base without shifting the bed frame or furniture around it.

What can I store inside the ottoman base?

The ottoman divan bed offers generous under-bed storage space, perfect for storing bedding, seasonal clothes, shoes, or other household items. It helps you declutter your bedroom and keep everything neatly tucked away—ideal for apartments, smaller homes, or anyone who values functional furniture.

Can this be split into 2 single beds with zip link mattresses?

No, the Coastal Drift Ottoman Divan Bed cannot be split into two separate single beds. It is a one-piece ottoman base designed to provide unified support and seamless storage. However, if you’re looking for a flexible sleeping solution, we recommend exploring our zip-link divan options that allow two single mattresses to join and form a larger bed.

What fabric and color options are available?

The bed can be customized in a range of luxury fabrics and colors, allowing you to match it perfectly with your bedroom décor. From soft velvet tones to neutral weaves, you can create a design that reflects your personal style and enhances your bedroom’s ambience.

Minimal assembly is required. The ottoman divan bed base arrives in sections for easy handling and can be quickly assembled using the included instructions. The gas-lift mechanism and fittings are pre-installed for your convenience.

Is the bed base durable and long-lasting?

How do I clean and maintain my ottoman divan bed?

To keep your 4ft Ottoman Divan Bed with Mattress looking fresh, vacuum the fabric base regularly using a soft brush attachment. For stains, use a damp cloth and mild detergent—avoid harsh chemicals. The mattress should be rotated periodically to ensure even wear and longevity.
