We currently deliver to UK mainland addresses. Delivery availability and charges depend on your postcode zone.
Zone A – Free Delivery
All postcodes in England and Wales, except those listed in Zones C and D.

- Standard Delivery: 6–14 working days

Delivery Days & Service
- Deliveries are made Monday to Sunday
- Delivery is carried out via 1-man or 2-man teams, depending on the item
- Delivery will be made to your Door
Standard Delivery: All deliveries will be made to the main communal door of the building. Our couriers are not responsible for taking items further unless previously agreed.
Flats: Delivery to the communal doorway.
Houses: Delivery to the front door.
Room of Choice: £49.99
Please ensure the passage to the room is clear and there is sufficient space for our team to move the bed into the room of your choice.
All delivery details will be confirmed once your order is processed.
Do You Offer Assembly?
We offer a professional assembly service for added convenience.

You can select the assembly option during checkout if it’s available for your item.
Will I Be Contacted Before Delivery?
Most of our couriers will attempt to call before delivering your order. While we request this as part of our service, we cannot guarantee every driver will call ahead due to busy delivery schedules.
Can I Order From Outside the UK?
Currently, we only deliver within the UK. If you’re ordering from abroad, you can arrange delivery through a UK-based shipping company. We’ll deliver your order to their address, and you can handle the international shipping from there.
